THE EQUALIZER

Magnum 2’s built in  preamplifier is driven by a light low noise, low current operational amps, which employ active filtering.  The preamp’s volume compensation permits tone adjustment through 12dB range without loss or gain of signal strength.  Plugged into a mixing board or amplified the response is clear and clearing every register.

Magnum 2’s  output is controlled by a three-band graphic equaliser for bass, midrange (400 Hz) and treble.  Conveniently positioned slide controls show a graphic representation of Magnum 2’s response curve.  The graphic equalizer gives totals control over an infinite range of tonal variations, from the mellow tone of an acoustic bass to the penetrating sound of hard rock.
